APNG Camp empowers the Next Generation ICT leaders as well as bonding and strengthening relationship among senior leaders and the youth. The camp is divided into different working group sessions for participants to share their research work and exchange innovative ideas on today’s Internet in Asia Pacific. With the successful stories of Matthew Hui (Class 2009-2010) from a delegate becoming the Chair of APNG Camp, NetMission has thereby sustaining our participation in APNG.
The 14th APNG Camp chaired by Matthew was successfully held in Seoul at EWHA Womans University with the kind support of Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA). 2 of the ambassadors, Timothy Wu and Eric Jiang (Class 2010-2011) have attended the camp to updates and share the youth engagement work, for example the YIGF of NetMission with the other participants. Other participants are so eager to bring NetMission to their own country! In addition to the sharing, there is also much fun to explore the city with the local Koreans and mingle with youth from different nationalities at the cultural night!
