Asia Pacific yIGF 2016 Taipei

This year, the 7th Youth Internet Governance Forum (yIGF) was held in NTUH International Convention Center, Taipei from 26th to 29th July 2016. With the theme “Responsibility in the Digital World“, we designed a bunch of interactive sessions such as Sharing with guests, Theme games, Idea wall, Simulation game, Roleplay discussion, group discussion, and presentation to better engage in the APrIGF workshop discussion.

Role Play Discussion
Guest sharing – Edmon Chung, CEO of DotAsia

We are grateful to have 50 overseas University participants from Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia came together and actively participated in activities like Simulation, RolePlay Discussion, and Workshops. Besides Internet Governance, we also incorporate Global Tiger Day Activities into YIGF session, and this is important to equip youth with knowledge that how wild tiger could be harmed by internet activities like online trafficking. We did feel that every one of you is really engaged in sessions that held by us. This the moment that we would never forget in and we look forward to seeing everyone in future
